Learn your first song, ‘Heroes’ by David Bowie.

- Basic scales, the building blocks for playing guitar solos and second guitar parts.
- Finger exercises: loosen your fingers, improve finger fretting dexterity and picking skills
Learn your second song, ‘Chasing Cars’ by Snow Patrol.
Finally:
You’ll learn, a two-part guitar piece, that’s in harmony where you can play along to either part with the backing tracks supplied.
Outcome:
At the end of the Guitar Beginner Course 1 you’ll have mastered a basic understanding of playing rhythm guitar, basic melodies and harmonies.
